Terms of Use
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These terms apply when you use Who In (whoin.app), join the community or browse city and district pages. By using the service you agree to them. The service is operated by Oğuzhan Erol, an individual (placeholder), and you can reach us at hello@whoin.app.
1. Adults only and what you declare
You must be at least 18 years old. Linking an official social account (X, Instagram or TikTok) or verifying an email address shows only that you control that account or inbox at that moment. It is not a check of your real identity, age, relationship status or physical location, and we do not vouch for anyone on Who In. What other members say about themselves is not verified by us.
2. Free profile cards and visibility
Adding yourself, linking an account and publishing a profile card is free. You choose how long you are visible: 30 days or 365 days. When the period ends your card is hidden automatically; it does not renew itself. You can go invisible or delete your account at any time from your profile page.
3. Free access and payments
Who In is free during its first year. Browsing, filtering and viewing cards costs nothing, and we do not ask for payment details. If a paid feature is ever offered, we will describe it separately first and will never start a paid subscription or charge you without your clear consent.
4. Community rules
Profile cards have no free text: you can use a “First name” or “First name + initial” card name and ready-made interest and availability tags only. Do not link an account that is not yours, give misleading information, harass or pressure anyone, use the service to scrape or collect data about members, or try to disrupt the service. Cards and accounts that break these rules can be hidden or removed, including after a report. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches.
5. Meeting people
Who In helps people find each other; it does not organize, supervise or guarantee any meetup. Protect yourself: meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going and read our safe meetup guide. You are responsible for your own decisions and conduct, online and in person.
6. Quizzes and contests
Quizzes are for fun. Scores, time limits and attempt limits are measured on our servers and our records decide. We may change questions, limits or leaderboards and may remove results that come from cheating or misuse. Switching tabs or windows during a timed question can use up an attempt.
7. Our content and availability
The guides and articles in the magazine are general information, not professional advice, and details such as prices or features can change. Content and design on Who In belong to us or our licensors; you may read and share links to it but not copy it at scale. The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or end features.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or reduces any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what members do, for meetups between members, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes, ending and contact
We may update these terms; for significant changes we will tell you on the site or by email before they apply, and continuing to use Who In afterwards means you accept them. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator is based, without taking away consumer protections that apply where you live. For questions, deletion requests or to report a violation, write to hello@whoin.app.
